John Galaxidas serves as Managing Principal of Synergy Real Estate Group and specializes in directing the activities of the company. John's extensive background includes all facets of corporate and commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing, permitting, negotiation of utility, tax and economic development incentives, capital budgeting, merger & acquisitions portfolio management, construction management oversight and developing creative financing and occupancy structures on behalf of corporate clients.

His fifteen years of experience representing corporate clients have resulted in a prestigious client list.

Before starting his own firm, John served in several real estate and advisory capacities with the following:

• Ernst & Young, Real Estate Advisory Services
• Appointee of the Governor, State of California, Department of General Services

John graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific. He has attended postgraduate courses at University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University.
